Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Cultured Couture. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

• Earrings and accessories are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

Change of Mind

• If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return the item for a store credit (excluding sale items), provided it meets the return criteria above.

Return Process

1. Message us at 0451357937 with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping and issue a refund, exchange, or credit as appropriate.
